Available from mid July, this is a 6 bedroom house with one bathroom, one separate shower and a separate toilet. This house is newly renovated with all bills included. Rent may be negotiable, ideally by room size but its around £650 if split evenly. It is in Stoke Park, literally by the bus stop and only 6 minutes walk to Frenchay campus. My friend and I are looking for respectful, easy-going and clean housemates. The room is furnished with a double bed, medium sized wardrobe, a study desk and chair. The house is also equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
