Sunny quiet medium sized bedroom St Pauls

I have a lovely bright medium sized spare room. The room is at the back of the house which is fairly quiet and captures the warmth of the sun.
There are two double storage cupboards / wardrobe spaces plenty of room for storage. The room is partially furnished.
The room would be suitable for a mature student looking for a short term stay between 6-8 months. My partner will be moving in later in the year.
I am looking for a friendly, easy going house mate. ideally somebody who is reliable, independent and enjoys have a catch up over a cuppa. I
have a house cat called Precious she's adorable. So you must be good and confident with cats.
About me I am self employed DJ, home is my peaceful sanctuary away from the craziness. I value clear communication, solution focused approach to issues. I'm smiley, happy, chatty, love people and nature but also value my own space. Music is my passion, theres always music playing somewhere in the house.
I love living in St Paul's the culture & community here is very important to me. Ideally you'll be openminded and comfortable living in a multi-cultural community.
