Room To Rent St.George

Hello👋,

We are Amber and Sara both 29 year old professionals, who have lived in Bristol for around 10 years. We're long-time friends and would be keen to have someone who would eventually like to form a friendship too.

🤠Sara is a chef at a cafe and an animator, in the process of making a film. She likes walking, hiking, swimming, drawing/ crafty nights and loves trips to the cinema.

🦐Amber is the live-in landlord. She works in operations at a local chocolate company and is also writing a novel as part of a Master's. She likes gigs, walking, hiking, swimming, pubs, cooking and arty crafty stuff.

Though we love a hang and socialising, we also respect each other's need for space and recharge.

The house is just off Church Road in St. George. It has a garden which gets a lot of sun, which is exciting 🌞

The room is £500 ex. bills (we will be able to give an approx amount on bills once we have moved in ourselves but can assume it'll be up to £200/month). We're looking for someone for a minimum stay of 6 months.

We are in the process of decorating the house and making it a home, which means the pictures may not be exactly what they look like in person. (different furniture and wall colours mainly)
