There is a great communal kitchen / diner space for cooking and eating downstairs with dishwasher and washing machine. This leads to a lovely garden with astoturf and rear access for bikes. It’s a great spot for summer sun and alfresco dining.

I am looking for a female professional tenant to join one other female and two males.

A cleaner is provided every two weeks to do all communal spaces. One month rent for the deposit is required.
