I have a bright, double room available to rent in a quiet detached home in Filwood Park. The room includes a private bathroom (bath and shower). The house is modern, well‑kept, and has a relaxed, welcoming feel.

You’ll have access to a sunny garden, perfect for winding down after work or hosting a BBQ with friends. Dedicated parking space is also included.

The home is peaceful, clean, and ideal for someone who wants a calm, enjoyable space to come back to at the end of the day.

The M1 metrobus stop is at the top of the road for quick access to the city centre, and the A4 Air Decker bus stop is opposite, providing easy access to the airport.

The only bill which is not included is the fortnightly cleaner, who services the entire property. The cost varies slightly depending on the length of the month.

I enjoy pub trips and quizzes, live music, board games, gaming and more recently, padel. I’m sociable, but I also understand the value for a calm home and respect people’s need for privacy and personal space.
