You’ll also have access to a sunny garden, perfect for morning coffee or winding down after work. Dedicated parking space is included, making life easy if you drive.

The home is peaceful, clean, and ideal for someone who wants a calm, enjoyable space to come back to at the end of the day.

Getting around is simple: the M1 metrobus stop is at the top of the road for quick access to the city centre, and the A4 Air Decker provides easy travel to the airport.

The only bill not included is the fortnightly cleaner, who services the entire property. The cost varies slightly depending on the length of the month.

I am open to the room being painted, this can be discussed. The wardrobe and chest of drawers is optional, these can be removed if not required.

I enjoy pub trips and quizzes, live music, and I’ve recently fallen deep into the world of padel (I’m one of them). I’m sociable, but I also understand the value for a calm home and respect people’s need for privacy and personal space.
