Gets the sun all afternoon and late evening large t. v lounge, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, drier, washing machine, plenty cupboard space, dinning table and chairs. room one very large bedroom with double bed all new bedding, two bedside units with lamps, large wakl in double wardrobe three chests of draws, pc desk seat and light. room two middle size double room with double bed all new bedding, bed unit with lamp, two chests of drawers, double wardrobe, large pc desk chair and stand up light, book case. bathroom with both bath and shower modern decor throughout. all bills included great WiFi. Each room has a smart TV with WiFi. There is a live in cat buts she's out sun bathing all day and night lol. Please note this is a chilled layed back open minded house and not a wild student digs, great for contract workers, professional or studying students. Due to working commitments I can only respond back after work in the evenings. There is a fully stocked bar with both alcoholic drinks, mixers, and soft drinks plus good selection of wines to take into the relaxing garden after a heavy day at work. The kitchen has everything you need for all your cooking requirements and the tea coffee sugar ect is always topped up.
