1 bedroom to rent in St Pauls

This is a big double room in a nice modern flat in St Pauls, close to the city centre and not too far from the university.

Some things about me:

Hiii, I am going into my 3rd year of postgraduate study at the University of Bristol, doing a PhD in Politics, so I am naturally very interested in the political and economic state of the world. I'm 24 and an Aries. I'm originally from the East Midlands, Notts to be specific. I'm pretty chill and I'm looking for someone who is around the same age as me, possibly a student but a working professional is also great! I like music, specifically rnb and rap, movies and going out, but I also like staying in and just relaxing.

Room details:

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. (the black shelf is not included).

The room will be available from the 1st October 2026. Rent is £792.50 (not including bills).

Bills currently work out to approximately £171pp

Flat details:

The flat has a open-planned kitchen and living room space. The kitchen already has a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a washing machine too. There's also a balcony (which has really helped with heat).

The bathroom is a decent size with places to keep your toiletries.

The flat is on the second floor, there is no lift.

Location: BS2 (St Pauls)

Cabot Circus is about a 10/15 minute walk. Bus station is also around the same.
Short walk to Ninetree Hill bus stops (70, 74, 75, 76)

What I'm looking for:

I am looking for someone who is around the same age as me; someone who is easygoing, sociable and who would enjoy my company as I would enjoy theirs. I would prefer someone who identifies as a woman as a roommate. To help me get a feel for who you are, if you could please write a few words about yourself, e. g. your interests, likes and dislikes, whatever helps me get an idea of who you are as a person - that would be greatly appreciated!
