Room for rent in lovely house near city cent

We have a room for rent in our house since one of our housemates is moving out! The house is located very close to Bristol city centre and the Stokes Croft pubs and shops.

The room is on the 3rd floor and is quite spacious and furnished with a large wardrobe (red arrows in the pictures indicate furniture that is included).
Bathroom is shared with 2 other people.
We are a lovely household of 20 years-olds, a mix between recent graduates and professionals.

Bills are ~£90 per month, and council tax is £36 per month. We have a rolling contract that practically means you can move out whenever you want to (notice period of two months). Perfect for people who don't want to commit to long term contracts.
