Lovely double room in Redland

This is a lovely, sunny double room on the first floor of a victorian terraced house. The kitchen, bathroom and lounge are shared with one other person (me) but I am not often around as my main home (with my family) is on the Welsh border and I generally only stay when I have long shifts at the hospital (1-3x/week max) or very occasionally for social events/theatre etc.

There is a sunny small garden at the back.

Fast wifi and all bills included.
Second parking permit for street parking available at additional cost if required.

I am looking for a post-graduate/professional lodger who would enjoy the space and generally keep the house clean and tidy.

Pets potentially welcome.
