It's just a 2 minute walk to all amenities including, pubs, supermarkets (Tesco and Aldi), “Loaf”micro bakery “Craft Egg” cafe and fantastic restaurants. The beautiful St Georges park is just a 5 min walk away with tennis courts, lake and skate park. The city centre is a further 25min walk or easily accessed by bike or the many buses on church road (10-15 mins to centre).

The room is fully furnished and positioned upstairs. There is great living room to catch up with housemates and socialise in and a large kitchen with new all mod cons.

There is a good sized bathroom, with a bath and shower plus a lovely garden with rear entrance for bikes. Would suit young friendly professional to join 3 super friendly professionals (2 females, 1 male). I am looking for a male professional to balance the house.
