Pro House Share Bedminster Down small double

HI,

Hi..... we have 1 small double available in a 4 bed house. House is based in bedminster down. There is a large bathroom and another seperate w/c in the house. There is a lot of communal space with a lounge, kitchen/dining room, Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large oven and fridge freezer. 60 inch tv in the lounge with gas fireplace and a 2nd 40 inch tv in the dining area.. 2 dogs also currently live here too. All are very friendly and housetrained (puppy is currently being trained).
It is a small double bedroom with al double bed...chest...wardrobe and shelving. There is storage under the bed too.

Rent includes all Bill's with virgin high speed internet connection.

There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away. A gym about 10 minute walk away. The 75 and A1 Bus services are close to the house within a few minutes walk so easy commuting into town if needed or the airport. Its about a 15 minute walk to parsons street train station. There is also the climbing center close by.
