⚪️ The house is made up of 5 studio rooms each having their own living room, bedroom and En-suite with a large communal kitchen diner. There are 5 housemates in total.


⚪️ Room 3 is made up of two spaces, the first is your very own living room just for you to relax in, next to this is your en-suite, then through a connecting doorway is your bedroom.

⚪️ We are looking for someone who can be tidy in the kitchen, Quiet and considerate, (this isn’t a party house) and a non smoker/vaper . I would describe the current tenants as friendly, respectful, considerate.

Your bedroom area has a double bed that easily lifts up to reveal a large storage area (see photo) with a great mattress, tv and wardrobe at the end of the bed. . The en-suite has a powerful shower with plenty of hot water, Toilet, heated towel rail and air extraction.

⚪️ On the ground floor we have the communal kitchen diner Which is Fully equipped, plus 2 large Ninja air fryers, microwave, 2 washing machines, dishwasher, Large fridge, large freezer, tv , Coffee maker, Juicer , ironing boards/irons, plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc... even down to dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll are supplied, and everyone has their own Large food Cupboards.
