The existing flat mate moves out end of July so viewings will take place ASAP. (The flat is just for 2 people in total and the other room is available aswell - the flat is not suitable for party types). Looking for a girl who is easy to live with and is tidy and respectful. Both rooms share a small bathroom and kitchenette, there is no sitting-room. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer too, oven, hob and microwave. Water, Gas and Electricity rates are included in the rent. Council tax, WiFi, monthly clean of communal parts and tv licence come to an additional £180 a month. The room does come furnished.
