We offer a tidy HOME environment with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom in Clifton.
Our family home comprises of 3 Reception rooms, including a fabulous large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 Courtyards and 2 ENORMOUS communal gated gardens, with our flat offering direct access into the rear garden to immerse yourself in nature.
Despite being in the centre of this stunning historic suburb & central to the city, the rear courtyard AND rear communal garden are stunning & feel like being in the countryside with its wild greenery and feeling of solitude.
My 8 year old daughter & I are looking to share our welcoming & spacious flat with a child friendly, kind spirited & team orientated professional who enjoys a luxury home feel along side enjoying a friendly, family atmostphere.
We are EXCEEDINGLY tidy and used to sharing our home with many different, friendly, kind nationalities, having lived overseas for 30 years.

No Parking, so ideal for someone without a car or from overseas. Easy to get EVERYWHERE on foot or public transport links, metres from the flat.
There is always the 'West End NCP' carpark, 300 metres away at extra cost, if we're the right home for you.
Open to 5 day week renters as well as full timers. Room may be used to host family / friends at weekends if 5 day option taken.
