Our family home is Ideal for working professionals, Internationals, medics, uni faculty or city centre employees as walking distance to the centre.
We are seeking a warm spirited, team orientated & naturally tidy, professional working daily from their workplace, as I work from home .
Our large garden flat allows easy walking to BRI, Bristol Uni, The Triangle (Queens Road), The stunning Harbour/ Marina, Clifton Village or Bristol City Centre. No car necessary.
We offer a tidy home environment with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Our family home comprises of 3 Reception rooms, including a fabulous large kitchen, 2 private Courtyards and 2 ENORMOUS communal gated gardens, with our flat offering direct access into the rear gated garden to immerse yourself in our forest garden.
Despite being in the centre of this stunning historic Georgian suburb & central to the city centre, the rear courtyard AND rear communal garden are stunning & feel like being in the countryside with its wild greenery and feeling of solitude.
My 9 year old daughter & I are looking to share our welcoming & spacious flat with a child friendly, kind spirited & team orientated professional who enjoys a luxury home feel along side enjoying a friendly, inclusive family atmostphere.
We are EXCEEDINGLY tidy and used to sharing our home with many different, friendly, kind nationalities, having lived overseas for 30 years.

If you're not a cook, our home is central, so surrounded by sumptuous restaurants who also offer takeaways!
The room rental does not come with a 'CH parking permit', so ideal for someone without a car or from overseas. Easy to get EVERYWHERE on foot or public transport links, meters from the flat utilising the 'Triangle West' bus stop.
However if we're the right fit & a car is essential then there is always the 'West End NCP' carpark, 200 metres away at an additional cost to you.
Rent to be paid 1st of each month please with a £700 deposit to secure the room in advance.
