Current Flatmates:
I’ve been here the longest, I’m a pretty laid back chilled person , pretty easy to live with - shares food , wine, cocktails (mainly Negronis) - occasional gymer, likes music ALOT , films ,boxsets, current affairs grand designs and spy dramas and the odd ps5 game.
I work between four to six days a week at work.
To relax, I go to the health club , or at home chillin watching whatever on tv, easy to talk to - generally in normal times I like to be out OUT in the summer and in IN for the winter.
Lived in Bristol for a while so have a whole friendship circle (with kids) that I regularly pop out and see locally.
Love animals and I walk friends dog regularly .
Going out wise - like a good day party and night out generally out of Bristol - more about the music than the after partying. Alfresco Disco is my type of party,

Other flat mate can work from home upto 3 days a week, (in his room) but regularly opts for going to the office. Works as a marketing consultant and strategist, likes to relax by Playing the piano (you’ll regularly hear some light piano music) , or video games (Nintendo switch and Pc) or smashing it down the road at the gym.
Likes going to gigs to watch live music from new upcoming bands and artists.
Is always planning travelling holidays or crazy adventures with his friends and his very kind and lovely girlfriend
He is the in-house Coffee aficionado / Barista - coffee art n all !
Currently learning spanish in his spare time

Our vacating Flatmate is moving abroad for work.

🫵FLAT MATE:
We are looking for someone in stable employment,
🧑‍💻WFH is okay occasionally but this would not suit someone looking to work the majority or fully remotely exclusively at home.
Affordability wise - we are looking for someone that can comfortably afford to live here - we’ve had no issues with bills or flat purchases and we would like to keep it that way.
Interms of commitment we are looking a minimum commitment for a least 6months with 1 month rolling onwards and 1 month notice to leave. There is the possibility of staying longer term.

fully house-trained, and respects the house space as a home.

A person that doesn’t mind chilling, to going on the odd random adventure, watching a movie and banter together but equally can do their own thing and is comfortable spending time by themselves.
We are all about shared living in the communal spaces as a home not just about living in our bedrooms, though obviously we respect people’s need for their own time and privacy.

BF/ GFs and visiting-friends can stay over whenever for reasonable amounts of time but not as 24/7 permanent residents.

unfortunately no pets - we do have a dog guest visits though 🐕
(yes to plants) 🪴
smoking is okay outside.

❌👨‍🎓👩‍🎓(Unfortunately no students or Post grads - this isn’t anything personal it’s - due to council tax implications and no couples sorry)

Parking Permit 🅿️ is Available- the prices have gone up significantly as of Jan 2024 for the third permit - £47 P/M - although if you drive everyday to work you may not require a permit - as off peak it is free to park and also free at weekends.
🙋‍♂️❔If you any questions or would like us to contact you back about a viewing please have at least one or two photos and something written about yourself.

Viewings/meet the flatmates . We can do video calls but we would still have to have a face to face in real life prior to offer of moving in

the age range is wide because I know It’s about mindset, maturity and wavelengths.

We Look forward to hearing from you!
