Searching for a housemate to share this great flat based 5 minutes walk from Clifton Down Station and Whiteladies Road. Looking to sign someone on to begin move in from the 1st January but flexible as current housemate moves out on the 13th of December. Viewings to take place ASAP.
Rent is £925 per month and All Bills are included in the rental cost for the following utilities: (Gas, Electricity and Water), Council Tax, Internet.
The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers and has a closet with hanger rail. The flat contains a nice bathroom, kitchen and large living room. There is a washing machine, kettle, gas oven, hob and microwave. You will be sharing the bathroom with the other housemate, which is equipped with a nice shower with great water pressure.
This is a lovely flat which gets plenty of natural sunlight and has great views of Clifton tennis courts and Clifton in general. The property landlord has granted me to be the acting landlord for the flat, which means your lease will be signed to me as a sub-lettor.
You will be sharing the flat with two males aged 25 and 30. We strive to live in a tidy house and actively like to make it more of a home. We enjoy spending evenings relaxing, cooking, watching films and TV, and trips to the pub. We also respect each others space and enjoy relaxing. Although we have our own interests away from the flat, we tend to chat about our days while cooking. We make great use of our communal areas including the kitchen and living room. Looking for a housemate who is easy to live with, tidy and respectful. Please note - I won’t be accepting applicants who work from home.
Great area for parking outside as there is almost always spaces available to park - a residents parking permit will be required for parking.
