Hey, I’m Ellie :) I bought my flat in 2020 and have just moved back after 5 years of being away. It’s got pretty epic views of the Wills Memorial building and is located just off the triangle. It is a top floor flat in a Grade 2 listed building so some of the ceilings are quite small (6ft 5) so please bear in mind if you are quite tall! You can apply for parking if you need to.

I work in Marketing and mental health, often WFH so ideally would be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home more than 2 days a week however can be flexible for the right person.

I’m pretty active and regularly cycle, go to the gym or generally am up for anything outdoorsy. The flat isn’t a party house; I am looking for someone who values a chilled, clean and cosy home to come back to.

I do appreciate my own time but I’d love to have another friend in the flat so am always up for casual drinks or cooking together with a chill night in.

The flat is furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk) due to the front door being quite small so everything has been built in the flat. You therefore can’t take things out the room but feel free to bring in furniture.

Bills aren’t included, they come to roughly £150-190 per month each (higher end in winter).
