Hey, I’m Ellie :) I bought my flat in 2020 and it’s a top floor flat with some cool views of the Wills Memorial building. It is located just off the triangle. It’s a Grade 2 listed building so some of the ceilings are quite small (6ft 5) so please bear in mind if you are quite tall!

I work in Marketing and mental health, often WFH so ideally would be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home more than 2 days a week however can be flexible for the right person.

I’m pretty active and regularly cycle, go to the gym or generally am up for anything outdoorsy. The flat isn’t a party house; I am looking for someone who values a chilled, clean and cosy home to come back to. Im can be away a fair bit so you would often have the place to yourself.

The flat is furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, desk) due to the front door being quite small so everything has been built in the flat. You therefore can’t take things out the room but feel free to bring in furniture.

Bills aren’t included, they come to roughly £150-190 per month each (higher end in winter).
