The landlord will also agree not to increase the rent for 36 months giving you some level of security.

Whilst the outside space is attractive for animal lovers I am sorry to say pets will not be welcome. As an animal owner myself I know that some of our furry friends can be well controlled but with good intentions previous tenancies have always ended in tears. I apologise but no pets will be considered.

The landlord does offer discounts, special terms and preference for NHS, Military and service personnel but will consider all working professionals. Minimum age considered 24 although negotiable for the right candidates. As the landlord owns the building which contains other residents (tenants) it is important that we find the right tenants to "Fit" in with the harmony of the building. We want to ensure a good quality of life for you, but also for our existing residents.

The flat benefits from having a brand new boiler and radiators as a new clean installation. British gas contracts also cover for any boiler, heating, plumbing, drains or electrical problems and normally come out the same day or within 24 hours This is provided by the landlord at his expense.
