I apologise but no pets will be considered.
The landlord does offer discounts, special terms and preference for NHS, Military and service personnel but will consider all working professionals. Minimum age considered 24 although negotiable for the right candidates. As the landlord owns the building which contains other residents (tenants) it is important that we find the right tenants to "Fit" in with the harmony of the building. We want to ensure a good quality of life for you, but also for our existing residents.
The flat benefits from having a brand new boiler and radiators as a new clean installation. British gas contracts also cover for any boiler, heating, plumbing, drains or electrical problems and normally come out the same day or within 24 hours This is provided by the landlord at his expense.
