1 Double Room in Huge Clifton Flat

About the flat:
I am one of the tenants currently living in this lovely big friendly flat but sadly moving out in November for adventures overseas, so my room will available for 6 months to the end of the current tenancy agreement. The available room is a huge double bedroom in an old Georgian Clifton flat (ground floor) located right by the top of Whiteladies Road, Clifton Downs and just a 20 minute walk to Clifton Suspension Bridge and Clifton Village. It takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the harbour/centre and very close to transport links such as buses on Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down train station. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Bills are around £160-£200 on top of rent.

A little about my flatmates:
Sam (29) is a Tax Advisor and works mostly from home in his bedroom with the occasional day in the office. When Sam is not working he is either in the gym, off on his travels somewhere or seeing friends.

Grace (30) is a Primary School Teacher who loves a sociable drink in the pub, running and going to the gym, going to gigs and is a film fanatic!

Grace and Sam are friendly, sociable individuals who are up for doing things together as a flat (we have done wine and cheese nights and cooked for each other before as well as nights out with friends) but are also respectful of people wanting their own space. The only request they ask is that they both work long hours in the week and would appreciate someone who is considerate of this and can be chilled during weekdays but don’t mind you going out on the weekend.
