A room is available in my beautiful, light, airy and very spacious 3 bedroom flat.
Fully furnished bedroom and flat with huge wardrobe, double bed, bedside chest of drawers, sofas etc. Storage heaven. Beautiful furniture that all matches.
My flat is on Pembroke Road and is very lovely :) awesome views from the lounge on to Clifton college. Sun pours in the bedrooms in the morning and then the lounge in the afternoon and evening and the windows fully open. The flat has been recently renovated and benefits form a new kitchen, and two new bathrooms - total luxury - very Neptune if you love that look!
Im a 38yr old chartered surveyor and split my time between London and Bristol so not around all the time. Odd weekends if I have something on but this is becoming less and less frequent as now we have bought our own house in london I normally stay with parents in North Somerset so you would pretty much have the place to yourselves 99.9% of the time.
I pay all bills directly and I take reads regularly so bills are accurate - happy to show you them etc. And then recharge your share back. Wifi, gas, electricity, council tax, cleaner, tv licence etc. The bills are split equally between the two lodgers.
It's not a house party flat (I have lovely new grey carpets and would cry a lot if ruined haha and live above older home owners which I would hate to disturb) but fun and chilled where friends are always welcome. It's huge and comes with an off street parking space on the drive that you would have use of with the other lodger. Although parking directly outside on the road is never ever an issue and sometimes easier - a permit is only £90 for the year and allows you to park everywhere in the village which is actually quite handy!
It's a lovely flat that has the wow factor with great big stained glass entrance doors at the top. All brand new white goods following full refurb of the flat. My washing machine even says good morning to you!!
Great location close to Clifton village, whiteladies road and park street. Local mini mart 2 min walk for late night essentials or a big Sainsbury's and Waitrose about 10 min walk. Clifton down train station is 5 min walk which gets you to temple meads in 10 mins.
Available from 7 December (current lodger has just bought his own flat) but could be flexible as finding the right lodger is so important.
Rent deposit of 5 weeks required and one months rent up front. Also references are required.
No students, pets or people that cause drama! Thank you :)
I just would like a lovely person to enjoy my home and the newness of everything , who doesn't want to live in a horrid rental with a landlord that really doesn't care!!! I’m quick to do maintenance (although there rarely is any to do now it’s all pristine!)and not around as the home owner so it’s a win win!
