Hi, We’re Abby and Grace!
Our current two housemates have been blessed enough to hop onto the property ladder, and we’re looking for two new housemates for our lovely flat in Clifton Village.
It’s a four bedroom flat with a big living/dining room, one of the rooms has an en suite so the main bathroom (the one you’ll be using) is shared between 3 people.
The flat is a large shabby chic apartment on the top floor.
There is no garden but we live opposite a wonderful park that we frequent a lot in the summer for a read or a wine.
The first room is a small double (not ideal for home working).
The second room is a slightly bigger double where you could fit a desk if you wanted.
We are two professionals in our early thirties. We are looking for a female - idseally, working professional, sorry no students!
Grace is 30, a video editor by day, and likes all types of dance, hiking/walking, running, yoga, pub trips, finding great independent food places, festivals, nights out - and a good old boogie.
Abby is 33, owns her own wedding and events florist business, and likes pub trips, going to the gym, finding new tasty places to eat, reading, the sunshine, a drunken game of uno flip and joining Grace for a little bogie every now and then.
We met via spare room and have become friends. Although we all have our own interests we do enjoy hanging out together, going to the pub / theatre, eating out, as well as watching trash TV and films/catching up on the sofa. We’re looking for people with similar interests, who’d like to become friends rather than just housemates/passing ships in the night as our flat is very much a home.
If you’re just looking for a bed to rest your head and not wanting to contribute to the community vibe then this isn’t suitable for you.
Bills are not included in the rent, (currently around £150 a month) subject to change with the cost of living crisis!
On street resident parking permits can be applied for.
Moving date will be the 6th October but there is scope for moving in from 1st October :)
