Hiya,
I'm Andrew, a PhD student in engineering at Bristol. My flatmate Gemma is moving out and looking for a new flatmate. Flat is a single bed, with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Fully furnished. Great location with 15 minute walk to UoB campus, 5 minute walk to Clifton down station / the big Sainsburys, bus stations outside the door, 25 minute walk to the downs.
Bills are about £80 per month currently due to energy prices but about £50 during normal times! Liable to go down if we switched broadband. Council tax band C. Bathroom recently got a big upgrade which is nice.
I'm quite sporty, tidy, I like cooking, hiking, gym, tennis, running.
