Hi, I am a 24 year old recent graduate (1 year working) looking for two new people to fill some spots. The tenancy starts on the 25th October and runs for 12 months. The rent is £800 per month and bills are around £60 per month. I am looking for someone who is either a student in their 3rd/4th year or also a working professional. I am pretty chill, do a lot of sport, keep the place clean, and like to have a few bevs at the pub.
