Short Term Double Room to Rent w/live in landlord

Room to rent in Clifton - Please read the advert carefully before applying to ensure suitability!

This is a short term let, available from June 1st until end of August, or part of. Open to either full time or Mon-Fri rentals.

Double room in Clifton to rent, just off Whiteladies Road. Room is in a two bed flat sharing with live in landlord. Room is not en-suite, but my room is, so you would have near exclusive use of the main bathroom.

I work from home around 3 - 4 days per week, and the nature of my work (and associated security clearance) does mean that a UK based history over a number of years is required from you. This is a non negotiable, I'm afraid, and International students or recently completed are unlikely to be suitable (to some degree any countries where you have previously lived are a key factor)

Homeworking from you is fine.

The flat does come with two pets - one dog and one cat - both are very, very friendly - so you must be an animal lover (I will ask you to look after them from time to time If I am away, especially the cat! This can be fairly frequent, as my work can take me away as well).

Flat has it's own large private garden, including furniture/BBQ etc.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, as well as a sky box and subscription (included in rent).

You will have full access to all of the house, including living room with Sky TV including movies/sports etc.

I'm pretty sociable, enjoy most sports and travel, and have membership at Everyman and always happy to head out for a beer if you wish (but entirely up to you!).

House is quiet with good neighbours, and a 5 minute walk to Clifton Down Station.

Reasonably flexible on age of tenant - attitude and 'fit' are much more important. My current permanent tenant is a student at Bristol Uni, so that can be accommodated.

Smoking not allowed in the flat, but there's a big garden and I'm pretty relaxed about it there.

Room is available for viewing from April with a move in date from beginning of June. End August/Early September will be last move out date due to return of current tennant.
