Room in Clifton flat - 2 mins from shopping centre

Currently have a room available in our flat from the 6th of Sept. Rent is £625 and bills usually come in at around £130 on top of that which includes council tax. It’s a great flat in a good location, recently refurbished and there’s plans to replace some of the current furnishings. There’s permit street parking and there’s usually always space on the street, for bikes there’s a secure garage. The landlord is a lovely guy and is on it with any fixes.

A bit about us (myself and other flatmate Gen) we’re both professionals who work in the office mostly. Ive been in the flat 3 years and Gen since Feb this year. Both pretty active people between gym and tennis.
