Its a lovely flat right next to clifton down train station and whiteladies road. Theres on street parking with a permit. Big sainsburys and Downs very close. Rent is £600 and bills roughly - £150-170. The landlady is great and very responsive.
Im fairly easy going, love a bad dad joke, play volleyball and sometimes play acoustic guitar. I work as a property inspector in social housing
Im looking for someone calm and easy going. Works full time and not from home. Wants a quiet home not a party house. My intention is for both of us to be as happy and comfortable as possible here.
