THE SITU
My flatmate is moving in with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to take her room. I’m up for being sociable, chill on the balcony or watch a new series, but am out and about quite a bit too.

Spacious double room with a floor-to-ceiling shuttered sash window that opens onto the balcony. Comes completely unfurnished.

THE ROOMIE
I’m Lily, I’m 32 and work in advertising (the creative side). The bedrooms are big, and the communal area is cosier, so I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy and is happy to handle half the bills. And importantly, is looking for a home vibe.

Work-wise I WFH, co-work and go up to London each month; life-wise I gym, gig, read, cinema and generally potter around.
