Double Bedroom in Central Clifton Flat!

Hellooo,

We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a space in the flat. The flat is in a great location, only being a 5 minute walk from Whiteladies Road (which is perfect for coffee trips ☕️)

The room is a double bedroom with lots of storage space & a wardrobe just outside the room.

Parking is available just need to purchase a permit.

Bills amount to approx £200 a month.
The deposit is approximately what I paid last year, will need to double check it’s the same for this year (shouldn’t differ too much)

We’re looking for another young female professional who is clean and enjoys nights in cooking and watching movies/tv. Also someone who is up for the occasional cute day trip and exploring Bristol.
