Lovely Flat in Clifton

Looking to let 2 rooms in a well kept Clifton flat. My current flatmates are going back to uni and I’ve decided to stay on another year as I like the place so much! There’s a beautiful large kitchen (dishwasher included!) and spacious living room. Hopefully the pictures will do it justice.

1 room has an en-suite and is a bit bigger (hence the higher price) and is available from July 15.

The other room is a bit smaller (still fits a double bed and a desk) and is available from July 1st.

A bit about me-
I graduated from uni of bristol last year and decided to stay in bristol, I’m currently full time employed as an environmental consultant and am in the office monday-friday, 9-5. I love going out to gigs and exploring bristols live music scene, happy for you to come along!

I absolutely love the outdoors, and use all my spare time to go hiking, backpacking, cycling, or caving. I’ve just gotten a car which makes things a bit easier :)

In terms of home life, I’m a very tidy sociable flatmate, Happy for an after work frisbee toss or pint any day. I’m not super uptight about tidiness, all I ask is we try and keep communal spaces clean but i understand that we might be a bit busy to keep it clean all the time and that’s all fine!
