Looking for 1 person for flat in Clifton

We are looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely 5 bed, 2 bathroom garden flat with small patio and access to community gardens. It is located in Clifton close to the Triangle and East Villiage. The room has its own door to the outside area which is lovely in the summertime, high ceilings, and huge windows. It comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe and excellent underfloor heating so its lovely and warm in the winter!

Rent is £650 a month plus bills. Deposit £600. Tenancy is 12 months starting from July 7th. 🏡

We are looking for a professional or postgrad who would like to join us on adventures as well as having cosy nights in. Most of all we're looking for someone friendly!

About us -
We're all women in our early twenties and have just graduated. One of us will be doing a masters at Bristol Uni and the others trying life out in the working world..! We all like nature, we've got some creatives 🎨🖌️, and we like to watch films together too, with the occasional night out.
