Hey, we're Dylan and Josh. We are currently looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who is moving out end of June.

We are a sociable house that enjoy experiencing what Bristol has to offer but also take comfort in spending time chilling in the apartment. We are looking for someone independent to integrate into our house dynamic. The apartment is really homely and has a great vibe to chill out after a long day at work. We would love to include you in social gatherings as the three of us originally all moved in not knowing each other, and are now good mates.

Josh is into his sport, especially loves playing football few times a week.

Dylan is into climbing, surfing and mountaineering. Spending a lot of his free time on outdoor trips exploring nature.

A double room available in the heart of Clifton Village, close to Victoria Square and within a stone's throw of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The room includes a modest Juliet balcony and a private bathroom. Just a 10-minute walk from Park Street and the city centre, this location offers loads of character and plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs. The flat also includes a spacious living area and kitchen. Ideal for those looking for convenience and comfort in a prime Bristol location.

The bills for this room aren't included but the additional costs aren't expensive. (The council tax band is E)

The move in date is anytime after the 25th of June.
