First floor flat, double aspect room with own bathroom. Lovely and light looking out over mature trees, but has black out blinds to ensure good sleep. You have your own bathroom, it's not en suite but it couldn’t be closer.
On the corner of Tyndalls Park Road and Woodland Road.
The cellar of the building contains a bicycle store that is very secure.

I'm a 40yr old doctor. Gay man but open to any gender/orientation. I spend 3-5 nights a week at my partners home in the country (usually Thurs-Mon) so you will often have the place to yourself, particularly at weekends. Additionally I almost never work from home and I see my parents most Tuesday evenings. Approx 2 nights a week my partner stays in Bristol (usually Mon & Tues). When he does he brings our lovely ragdoll cat. He tends to work from home in the living room Monday afternoon and Tuesdays.

I have had a lodger for nearly 2 years. We got on very well. Unfortunately he is moving out to live with his girlfriend in Cambridge. He is moving out on Sunday 24th May. He has moved the furniture a little since the photos were taken (swapped desk and bed position).

I advertised about 6 weeks ago and found someone quickly, unfortunately has had had a to cancel at the last minute due to family issues and is remaining with his family in Spain. If you saw the ad last time please feel free to reach out to me again.

It’s a beautiful flat with antiques, art, and loads of plants. I keep it clean and tidy. A cleaner comes for 2 hours every other week.

We will split council tax, gas, water, electricity, cleaner, internet. I pay in entirety the service charge, TV licence and TV subscription (Netflix, prime etc).
The bills vary a little overtime with inflation etc, but my current lodger pays 273.18 month for bills. He volunteered to pay 60% of the gas/water/electricity bills as he was in the flat much more, with all other bills (internet, council tax, cleaner) split 50/50, but thats negotiable.

Furniture in bedroom: Desk, chair, and wardrobe. Could easily fit a chest of drawers too if you have one. My current lodger has two ones. I currently have a “guest bed” in the room, i. e. it’s a single but has a pull out single below that the stands up to act as either two singles or both can be combined to be one superking bed. I have a few pictures and plants in the room, but these of course can be removed if you want.

No smokers or vapers. Please be cat friendly.
