Bright double room in Clifton

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to replace my current lovely flatmate, who is moving out in July.

The practical details:

- bright double room with sliding doors on to a patio garden
- lots of storage space
- unfurnished except for one standalone wardrobe, which can be dismantled if not needed
- available from 1st August for a twelve month contract
- £720 pcm not including bills (usually around £100pcm)
- looking for either a mature student or postgrad, to avoid council tax (professionals welcome to message but you would need to take sole responsibility for the council tax bill)
- on-street permit parking
- very nice and communicative live-out landlord
- references required (a guarantor may also be needed if you are a student)

About me:

I’m Lauren, I’ve lived in the house for about a year now, and I love being here. It’s in a very quiet and beautiful area, gets loads of direct sunlight, and has a lovely park at the end of the road - ideal!

I work part time while studying as a mature(ish) student. I work from home two days a week, and tend to be out at seminars and lectures the rest of the time. I spend most of my spare time at dance classes, hanging out with friends, cooking, and reading.

This is a very peaceful and quiet home, and I’m looking for somebody who also wants to live in that kind of environment. I often have friends over for dinner or movie nights, but rarely host larger parties, and do a lot of my socialising outside of the house - keeping things reasonably quiet and chill at home is my preference.

I’m fairly clean and tidy, and would like to live with someone who is also pretty proactive about keeping the house nice.

I am queer and poly, and it’s important to me to live with someone that respects my way of being, even if you don’t share it :)

Veggies/vegans welcome, as long as you don’t mind me cooking meat and fish at home every now and then.

My preferred shape of housemate situation is one where we have our own lives and don’t feel like we’re in each other’s space too much, but with some shared dinners, evenings in, pub nights, etc.
