Room to Rent - Clifton

Hi,

We have a room to rent in our lovely flat in Clifton.

The room is quite spacious and has access to a small courtyard (just for our flat). The room is unfinished, however I will be selling all of the furniture in the pictures (bed frame, mattress, desk, drawers etc).

The flat is spacious and cozy, has a large living area and two bathrooms. We are in a great area in Clifton, right near Clifton Village.

Rent is £600 per month (bills not included) and there is street parking available with a permit. We are Band C for council tax, with our bills usually being around £150 per month (includes council tax, electricity, water, internet).

The current flatmates are Emma and Ash (26 & 28), both working professionals, with a split of working in the office and from home.

We all keep busy with our own lives but do enjoy hanging out together watching a series with dinner, or exploring the area. We also have access to a lovely resident's garden across the road!

We are looking for a female preferably aged 25-32 to join our flat, who is clean, considerate and sociable.

We will be holding viewings between Monday 8th - Wednesday 10th July evenings.

The move in date will be early-mid August.
