I am looking to rent out my spare room in a fantastic 2nd floor flat in one of the UK's most iconic Victorian terraces.
The flat is located in the heart of Clifton Village.

The living area has a sofa, armchair, TV, dedicated workspace, and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, utensils and ample storage.

The flat comes with access to the communal gardens at the front of the property. The price is inclusive of all bills (including Wi-Fi). I am the main tenant and I am renting the whole place. I am self employed and I work from home, so I am spending many hours in the house during the day.

I travel a lot with work so there will be many times you will have the flat to yourself.

I am very clean, tidy and respectful, so it would mostly suit someone who is also happy to keep the place tidy and clean.
