My current flatmate is moving out middle of August 2024, and will be living with his fiancé in a 1-bedroom apartment. I’m looking for someone to take his place in our lovely flat.

**About Me:**
I’m Joseph, 31, originally from India. I moved to Bristol for work in January 2023. I’m an accountant and work full-time at an audit firm in the city center, going into the office 2-3 days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, running, playing badminton, and playing the piano. I also enjoy watching sports and staying updated on major sporting and world events.

- Location: BS8 4BA
- Available from: 1 August 2024
- Rent: £875pm
- Bills: All bills included, except energy and council tax which comes to about £130 on average.
- Features: The flat has a beautiful view of the gardens close to the suspension bridge and also a partial view of the Suspension Bridge. 2 bedrooms in the property, 1 is occupied by myself. There is also a shared hallway, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Amenities- Washing machine, microwave, electric stove, oven and fridge.
