Flat share in large Clifton flat

I’ve now got a spare double room available in the 2 bed flat that I rent in Clifton.

It’s a spacious, top floor flat with high ceilings and nice views over to St Micheal’s hill and Clifton village. Really big living room. There’s plenty of storage space with use of the loft if needed. There’s a car parking permit available for on-road parking and also a small garage if you have a bike. There’s also a nice communal garden.

The room itself is a decent size double with a small built in wardrobe and space for a desk if you wanted. It’s unfurnished, but there is a bed and mattress in there if you need them. If not I can get them removed.

Bills will be split between the 2 of us and come to around £230pm each including the council tax.

About me: I’m a 43 year old male and work in the wine industry. When I’m not drinking wine, my main hobby is playing chess, but hopefully I’m not as boring as that makes me sound. I’m also a pretty keen cook. I’d like to think I’m pretty easy going (but who doesn’t), definitely not into cleaning rotas or anything like that. I am pretty clean and tidy though and try not to leave mess or clutter around.

I’m not particularly fussed about your age, sex, job etc as long as we get along and hopefully have a similar outlook with regards to sharing a flat.

The room is available pretty much straight away, but I’d be happy to wait a short while if you’ve got some time on your current lease before you can move.
