Small Double Room in Clifton

Hello! I'm looking for a replacement for myself in a 4-bed flat right by the Richmond Building, and about a 14 minute walk from the university.

Here's some relevant details:
- Rent: £725 pppm, water bills included
- One bathroom with a toilet, one shower room, as well as a separate toilet.
- Common room includes a washing machine with drier, microwave, toaster and a TV.
- Bedroom comes with a wardrobe, small double bed, desk, chair & drawer. (the photos of my room were taken a year and a half ago, before I moved in, which is why the bed is a single in the pictures!)
- Room size is 3.83m x 3.65m

I plan to leave at the beginning of August, but I am open to negotiate with anyone who would want to start later.
