Double room in central Clifton

Double room in central Clifton available, our housemate is moving, the room is available from the 27th of July.

Flat
Top floor three bed flat with one bathroom. It has stunning views, is a close walk to the suspension bridge and is right next to the mall (the central shopping hub of Clifton).

The landlord is useful and is easy to get hold of when needed. We have fast internet as we often work from home. For bills, we pay an extra £150 per month.

The room is unfinished, the belongings in the room (as seen in the photos) are mine as I'm going to be moving rooms.

Housemates
Me: I'm 29 and work as a software engineer.
I'm pretty laid back but considerate of shared spaces. I'm originally from South Africa and have been in Bristol for just over a year. I converted a van recently and enjoy heading off to go surf, climb, and camp. I'm quite active and usually am up to something after work, lately I've been gripped by tag rugby on the downs! I eat fairly healthy, so usually take some time in the evenings to cook something nutritious.

James (the other housemate is also moving out, but only later):
James, 30, is the other flatmate and works in defence. He went to Cardiff University so has a great community of friends nearby. He also works from home quite frequently, so there are usually people around the flat during working hours. We often go to the Nuffield gym nearby as it's a short walk.

Looking for an easy-going sociable professional. Would suit someone who has their own thing going on and occasionally enjoys a pub trip or movie with friends over.
