We're looking for a tenant ASAP to stay for a year (or more) in our flat in Clifton Village.
We need to find someone that can commit this Tuesday (16th) at the latest for a contract starting on the 23rd July 2024, but our housemate moving out could cover up to 2 months rent (can be discussed) if you need to move in later
We'd love to meet people first if possible and try to arrange viewings Friday to Tuesday. Unfortunately, you'll only be able to meet 1 of us on Friday-Sunday, or 2 of us Monday-Tuesday.

Rent is £575 a month. Bills and council tax (band C) come to <£200 a month on average.
The room is good size (~3m x 4m x 3m), bright and airy, double bed, built in wardrobe, large desk.
The flat is a maisonette, across 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (showers), and a small shared kitchen and large living room, above a shop in Clifton Village.
We're 3 friends, male, professionals, owners of pet fish, and lots of plants. We're outgoing, go to the pub/watch TV together in the evenings. Would prefer someone sociable!
We'd love to be pet friendly but my girlfriend is allergic to cats and dogs! So no cats and dogs. Sorry!
