Light furnished Double room just off the triangle!

My housemate is sadly moving out of Bristol and so I am looking to fill her double room mid-late August !

The flat is a really lovely 3ʳᵈ floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place, with shared living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen with washer, dishwasher, oven etc. I have also added some of my own appliances to the kitchen for communal use including microwave, kettle, toaster, mini George Foreman, and blender.

It’s really light with massive windows all along the front, and the most fantastic location with a lovely view over the Victoria rooms.

The flat and bedroom are furnished with a mix of furniture that belongs to the flat and to myself.

The living room is bright and open and I have added a TV and fire stick also for communal use :)

The bedroom has massive windows all along one wall and includes a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser and mirror which belongs to the flat, and I have added a desk you are welcome to keep and use or I can sell if you have your own !

The room is not en-suite but has its own private bathroom directly opposite with a shower over bath.

Only the water bill is included in the rent price. The other bills (excluding council tax) currently sum to around £80-100/month depending on energy usage :))
Council tax band is E, monthly total for the flat is around £1000 for everything :)

I am only looking for a professionals to fill the room due to council tax bills sorry !

A bit about me:

I have been living in the property for the last year and LOVE it ! I’m 22 and a project manager. I do hybrid working and would prefer someone who has similar situation (office or hybrid as opposed to fully WFH)

I am super into fashion, I also love cooking and some baking, running, and some other creative bits such as jewellery making and doing gel nails!

I’m what I would call mid level social - I like to see and chill with friends - share a meal and watch a tv show with my housemate, pop out for a drink, dinner or some shopping, but also appreciate my own time and space!
I will often have some friends or my partner over to share a meal and just hang out or play some cards!

I’ve really made this flat into my home and want someone who shares that value !
It’s important to me the flat feels like a home for you too and not just a bedroom for you to stay in.
