Looking for 2 flatmates in Clifton/hotwells flat

Looking for 2 female housemates to fill 2 rooms in our lovely 4 bed flat in hotwells/clifton area. It’s a perfect location only 5 minute walk from Clifton village and a 20/30 minute walk into the centre.

Ideally looking for 2 girls mid to late 20s and young professionals. We love to socialise as a house so looking for people that would fit in with that. We’re also quite outdoorsy and love the pub! Tenancy starts 1st September, base rent is £625 plus £100-£125 per month for bills. Deposit required too (£625). Really spacious rooms, unfurnished but they have built in wardrobes. The rest of the flat is furnished, if you have any communal furniture then we’d be happy to look at swapping it out :) There is also one more parking permit available on the flat that would be at a charge. We’re looking to fill the spots pretty quickly so would want to arrange something viewings for this weekend/week beginning 29th July.
