Hi everyone! Two of our lovely gals are leaving us to move in with their bfs :(( so we are looking for two more girlies to fill their rooms in our 4 bed flat in Clifton!
The flat is located just off whiteladies road, in the Clifton/Cotham/Redland area - so it’s such a perfect location. We are a 5 min walk from the Clifton down station and big sainos, and 10 min walk from the Downs!
Both rooms are double sized & partially furnished including the bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of draws, and bedside tables. The bigger and more expensive room has the blue carpet in the pics.
A bit about us - We are two professional girls aged 24. We would be looking for someone who is a similar age ideally! We do a mixture of jobs - one works remotely and the other on-site.
Our current flat dynamic is that we are all good friends and do things together - so we are looking for someone who is happy to be friends as well as flatmates 🥰
The rent is £600 a month for the smaller room and £625 for the larger room, and bills are usually around £100, sometimes less depending on the time of year.
We will need someone from the 31st of August / start of September. 🌟
