Hi! We’re Kate and Ellie, and we’re looking for a sociable, friendly flatmate to join our 3 bed flat in Clifton Village, as our other flatmate is moving out.
The flat is in an excellent location, in the heart of Clifton Village with shops on the doorstep and easy access into town, as well as Clifton Down train station.
The room is a large, bright and airy double bedroom, with a window seat looking out over gardens at the back of the building and is very quiet. The room is also west facing, and gets so much lovely sunlight in the afternoon 🌞 It comes unfurnished but our flatmate is happy to offer the wardrobe and desk for a reduced price.
A bit about us - we’re two girls aged 29 who both work full time Monday - Friday, with a mixture of working from home and days in the office. We’re sociable, active and also enjoy a trip to the pub. We’d ideally be looking for someone similar!
The room will be available from the end of Aug/September 1st at the latest 🥰
Rent is just under £620 a month, and bills are around £150. The deposit is £600. There’s an option to get a residents parking permit for the area also.
