Looking for a flatmate to take a room in Clifton

Hi there,

I’m currently living in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Clifton and am looking for someone to rent out the second room. The flat has been recently refurbished and is perfectly located in the heart of Clifton Village on West Mall.

The room available is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There’s also space for a desk, though one isn’t provided. Additionally, the room has its own private toilet and shower.

You’d be sharing the flat with me, and we’d both have access to a spacious lounge and a modern kitchen. I’m 22 and studying dentistry at Bristol, so I’m ideally looking for someone around the same age to take the room.

The flat is band C council tax and is not included in the monthly rent.
