Large Double Room in Clifton

Sadly, we're losing our housemate Georgia to London and so we need someone to join Max and I!

We're both professionals that work Mon-Fri and not from home. During our downtime we like to cook, chill in the flat, enjoy the garden and balcony in the afternoon sun, as well as see our own friends, etc.

The room is large and unfurnished in a great location - a few minutes from White Ladies and five minutes from Clifton Village. The whole flat is spacious so there is plenty of room for the three of us.

The essentials: bills currently come to £175 each as the council tax is steep & with energy bills due to increase in October this is subject to change. On street parking is available & easy to find outside or near the property.
