Victorian double room next to suspension bridge

Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate for this place available from late September.

The room available has views overlooking the river and the suspension bridge that is only a short 3 minute walk away. The current owner has stated the property is frequently on TV in the background of the suspension bridge whenever it is filmed!

The room itself is spacious, the shared living room will have some basic furnishings but we can work together in decorating it - there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and on street parking is available. The flat is on the 2nd floor. Please do message if you have any questions!

Water and broadband bill is included.

I am starting my PhD in Bristol and bringing my cat with me who is a very nice and sweet tuxedo cat! He is leash trained and taken outside in a backpack and also loves belly rubs at home. Someone who likes cats is preferred, as the cat will have access to shared spaces!
