The place is 30 seconds off Whiteladies road, easy 15 minutes walk to Town in multiple directions and even closer (but further uphill) is the Clifton Downs, it's a great location.

Previous tenant has moved out and handed us their keys already so can do viewings this week and we'd like you moved in later this month. Landlord has specified they're looking for Full time Professionals, no students unfortunately. Street parking available but no dedicated space.
