A furnished double bedroom in Clifton Wood with a shared lounge and newly renovated kitchen/decking area overlooking the garden.

I am just coming towards the end of a renovation and am still finishing odd jobs but it’s nearly there!

Clifton wood is a lovely spot within walking distance of the harbour, Clifton village and the triangle. There are lots of local pubs and restaurants to enjoy by foot. Parking is on-road. .

I am sociable and enjoy shared cooking, film nights and a good pub quiz. I work shifts including evenings and weekends. I have a lovely cat who is incredibly friendly.

I am looking to rent the room short term initially, with a view to extending. I am looking for a sociable, tidy housemate who will make the house their home.
