A large room with big built in wardrobes is available right in Clifton village! The bedroom is in a spacious flat just 90 seconds from Victoria square (great for picnics / sunbathing) and the shops and cafes of Clifton village. The city centre is just a 20 min walk and temple meads station 30 mins.

The first floor flat has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (bath over shower) and a big kitchen / living room with a dining table. Everything in the flat is in working order but if something does need fixing, the private landlord is very helpful and gets things sorted quickly.

Road parking is available (with a permit) outside the flat. A bus runs every 10-15mins from the end of the road, through the city centre and on to temple meads station. The neighbours are very quiet, friendly and helpful.

The bedroom comes furnished with a king sized bed (and bedding), desk and built in wardrobes. The flat is fully equipped with an assortment of kitchen items, iron, hoover, tv, comfy sofa etc. All the furniture is owned by the other tenant, not the landlord.

Bills cost ~£200 a month (of this, council tax is band c, £92pp).

The current flatmate (Jack) is a friendly guy who enjoys having a good chat while cooking in the evening. His bubbly girlfriend comes to stay every few weekends and he sometimes spends a few nights away for work. He usually works from home in the living room 1-2 days per week. He is clean and tidy and requests the new tenant is too. Jack would like to meet before hand to check you’re a good fit and the landlord requests a the new tenant has a full time job.
